• This type of machine is special for filtering edible oil, waste cooking oil, dirty vegetable oil, olive oil, palm oil, crocodile oil, etc.
• It can remove particles, water, gas, dirt, and eliminate impurities, foam in the used vegetable oil.
• The treated oil is clean, limpidity, and good smell. It is a good purification machine for Fry food factories, oil restaurants, cooking oil factories, vegetable oil factories, and waste oil collecting stores.
• According to the treated oil usage, we can choose different machine bodies. For edible usage, we suggest choosing a stainless steel body; for industrial, we suggest choosing a steel carbon body. According to different working places, we recommend Skid type and mobile type (Trailer with pneumatic tire)
• It adopts advanced technology for a combination of coalescing separation and vacuum dewatering, to get the high precision of water and gas content. Using a distinctive removing impurities system, filtering through a double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power, can ensure the cleanness of purified oil reaches NAS6.

• Filtration System: Precision filter elements are adopted, which have a strong ability to filter impurities. The large-area and deep-level precision filter element can remove fine particles in the oil. With Three-stage filters, it can effectively protect the filters, and prolong the lifetime.
• Super strong demulsification ability, advanced and unique degassing and dehydration system, using trinity evaporation technology, multi-level oil-water separation technology, quickly separate a large amount of water in oil, and can also remove trace water and gas in oil.
• Advanced medium endothermic condensation system, automatic condensate separation device, automatic constant temperature control, infrared liquid level control, automatic overpressure shutdown protection device, backwash function and high-quality equipment accessories. To ensure the high-performance operation of the equipment, the operation is simple, safe and reliable.
• The infrared liquid level control system completely avoids the phenomenon of oil running, and can completely realize unattended online oil filtering. The running status can be observed through the indicator light.
• Heating system is the optimized pipeline design, to ensure the unique heating and stable oil temperature. Avoid overheating and carbonization of oil.
• Equipped with comprehensive protection mechanisms, such as power protection, pressure protection, motor overload protection. If any protection mechanism is triggered, the machine will stop working automatically.
• High-quality filter elements and link sealing materials with corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, etc. are selected. The vacuum pump and oil transfer pump are of high-quality brands, and the seals are treated with professional technology, with no leakage, low operating noise, and long service life.

| Maintenance

• After a certain period of running, the machine should be checked to see whether.
• The electrical control system is safe and reliable.
• The temperature controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate.
• The oil seals of the pump shaft are broken with leakage.
• There is any blockage with the running system and any abnormal noise with pumps or related motors.
• There is any air or oil leakage with the oil running system and at the sealing joints.
• After every 3000 hours’ running, grease shall be replenished to prevent motors from being burnt.
• Special vacuum pump oil or lubricating oil N46 should be used for the vacuum pump and oil replaced or replenished if necessary at any time.
• If the machine will not be used over 1 month, Place the machine in a dry environment with the panel door and all valves closed, and the machine properly protected by a covering.
